Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) is implementing wealth management technology from Odyssey Asset Management Systems to support its new private banking service in Thailand.
The new workstation will be used to provide SCB client managers with financial analytical tools, real-time portfolio valuation, flexible portfolio modeling and rebalancing, as well as performance attribution functions.
The platform will underpin a planned expansion by Siam Commercial Bank in the provision of wealth management services to high net worth individuals.
The bank’s decision in favour of Odyssey followed careful vetting says Arunrat Bovornvirakit, head of the private banking group at SCB: "The solution has widely been used by several leading European financial institutions with a reputation for wealth management."
