Vasco says Capitec's business customers will use its Digipass GO3 tokens for internal and external transfers, bulk payments and to view statements.

The token, designed for large volume banking, generates a single-use password for accessing online applications.

Riaan Statsse, CEO, Capitec, says: "Digipass GO3 is a proven product combining high security and a very high user friendliness."

The vendor says Capitec is its first banking client in South Africa.
