Additional features include 24x7 monitoring and event management; hands-on storage operations (storage installation, configuration, change management and troubleshooting); asset management; real-time chargeback reporting; auto-discovery infrastructure topology; end-to-end view of the entire storage environment; network and system performance measurement; internal SLA compliance; capacity utilisation trending analysis.
