Chicago's YesTrader has launched a joint venture ASP (Application Service Provider) application for multiple derivatives exchange trading in association with Comdisco.
The ASP enables the professional trader to "plug-in" to a trading environment at Comdisco and avoid the costs, support, and security issues of building and maintaining his or her own system, say the company.
Joe Zednik, YesTrader's CTO and co-founder, says: "Its significance to the professional trader cannot be underestimated. He or she plugs in from anywhere in the world - from Fargo to the Far East - and can immediately trade the global marketplace with the best tools in the industry."
YesTrader has also unveiled Trans@ct and Trans@ct:online; products which allow traders to buy and sell all Eurex, Liffe, a/c/e and Globex2 listed contracts at the same time on a single screen.
