Under the agreement, Diebold will provide content management and monitoring services for the bank's 180 multi-vendor ATMs.

Diebold's content management service transmits data to a central location and facilitates online analysis that simplifies reconciliation and settlement.

To ensure ATM availability, the vendor's Event Management Software interfaces with the bank's ATM switch provider to monitor the status of the network 27/7.

Sarah Johnson, vice president of global software and services, Diebold, says: "Our content management services update screens without opening the ATM, thereby ensuring maximum security."
