Xcitek has signed Fortis Securities to its corporate actions data services.
Fortis will receive comprehensive domestic and international corporate actions data for its securities of interest file via Xcitek's Web-based Portfolio Tracking Service.
Xcitek says the service can be set up to report on a daily basis. In addition to pricing positions, the service tracks all corporate actions affecting holdings such as dividends, splits, spin-offs, mergers, exchanges, conversions, redemptions, partial calls and tender offers.
