XSP allows users to manage corporate actions processes and monitor exceptions by providing data capture, event notification, response tracking and processing of entitlements.

Nicholas-Applegate, which is a subsidiary of Allianz Dresdner Asset Management will also deploy Xcitek'sWeb-based module for automated notifications and response capture processing, eTran, and has also licensed the vendor's corporate actions data.

The vendor says Nicholas-Applegate is the third investment manager it has signed up this year.
