Online travel company Expedia is moving in to the UK travel insurance business through an exclusive arrangement with the Halifax.
Under the agreement, Expedia customers will be able to apply for and arrange Halifax Travel Insurance on Expedia's Web site by simply clicking through to the insurance section.
Halifax specialises in traditional single trip insurance, which matches the profile of Expedia customers.
