The new service, available on over 2000 Main Market and AIM securities, allows investors to obtain a company's current share price, its bid and offer prices and any price change on the day by simply speaking the company's name over the telephone.

The service has been developed in conjunction with Eckoh Technologies, a UK-based provider of hosted voice recognition services, and is charged at £0.55 per minute.
