BBVA Bancomer deploys Aprisma's Sprectrum Integrity for network management

Mexico's largest bank BBVA Bancomer has deployed Aprisma Management Technologies' Sprectrum Integrity application to monitor and manage its network infrastructure.
The bank is using Spectrum Integrity to detect, monitor and analyse its service delivery infrastructure for telecomms, which supports over 1600 branch offices and more than 4500 ATMs. The software is also being used to support the bank's online financial services.
Sprectrum Integrity delivers root-cause analysis, impact analysis, device modelling and service level management features.
Commenting on the system, Guillermo Garduno, technological consultant engineer, BBVA Bancomer, says: "The OneClick user interface is very intuitive and gives us advice on how to fix problems. We can push management information closer to the people who need it and deliver easy to understand service views."
Aprisma says its response time testing and performance reporting system helps Bancomer verify and validate service level guarantees with telecomms vendors, which rsults in cost savings in WAN connectivity charges and visibility into IT utilisation.
