BTM delivers training courses to staff over its inhouse Web-based learning site, Open.

Saba says the system will provide the bank with a unified view of profiles, competencies, content, history and planning data to develop and effectively deploy human capital across the enterprise.

The bank says it expects to significantly cut operating costs for employee learning and development, while reducing the traditional reliance on classroom-based learning.

Bobby Yazdani, Saba's chairman and CEO, comments: "The rapidly changing needs of the Japanese financial services market are driving market-leading companies to introduce innovative new products and services and to insure that their employees understand and can effectively sell these offerings."
