Abbey National has selected California-based Saba's Enterprise Learning Suite to provide staff with online training to help maximise sales opportunities and ensure understanding and compliance with FSA regulations.
Abbey National says the Saba solutions will streamline the delivery of staff training, increase sales readiness and ensure compliance.
Shirley Pointer, director of central HR services, Abbey National, adds that the platform will help branch and call centre staff to focus on the customer, while freeing up time for their support colleagues to focus on enabling customer engagement.
