UK bank Lloyds TSB has licensed the StreamTools real-time messaging architecture and data server from TraderTools as the engine for its rates distribution platform.
The bank also intends to use StreamTools - combined with HTTP-based Thinvisible technology, which pushes live information through corporate firewalls - to stream executable rates to some of the major bank-to-bank trading portals.
