US bank Charter One Financial has implemented Brokat's online retail banking suite to provide customers with round-the-clock consolidated access to all of their accounts.
The bank is using the Brokat package to provide PC-owning customers with 24-hour access to current, savings, mortgage and loan accounts. The implementation will also enable customers to conduct a large percentage of their transactions online, says Charter One, ranging from bill presentment and payment to transferring funds between accounts.
The bank plans to roll out Brokat's browser-based retail suite and wireless banking and small business banking applications in the coming months.
