Infocast, Cameron Systems' Hong Kong-based partner, integrated the CameronFIX engine into the bank's new equity trading system, which went live in Q4 2003.

The bank is now moving to provide FIX connectivity to Morgan Stanley through its Integrated Wealth Platform (IWP), with connectivity testing scheduled for the first half of 2004.

Peter Cooper, senior manager, business technology strategy, Standard Chartered Bank, says: "We are already working with Cameron Systems for deployment of CameronFIX into other countries for the bank's future projects."
