Choreology, a London-based enterprise application integration technology vendor, has appointed Mark Hemsley as CEO. The firm has also hired Tony Bethell as VP, commercial operations.

Hemsley has been managing director of Euronext.liffe Market Solutions and a member of the Euronext.liffe board since 2001.

He has been closely involved with Choreology for the past three years, both as an investor and as non-executive chairman.

Prior to joining Liffe, Hemsley was a managing director at Deutsche Bank, responsible for trading technology within the bank's investment banking division in Europe. He has also worked for Midland Montagu, Bankers Trust, Credit Suisse Financial Products and NatWest Capital Markets.

Incumbent CEO Alastair Green will continue at Choreology as CTO and as a member of the board of directors.

Tony Bethell has joined Choreology as vice president of commercial operations.
He previously held general management and sales and marketing roles with companies such as Alterian, iWork Software, Saville and ERP provider SSA.
