UK banking security software vendor Aspace Solutions has appointed Mark Harris as chief information security officer.
Harris joins Aspace from cryptographic software specialist nCipher where he was business development manager and security consultant.
Prior to this, he was project manager at Thales e-security, designing and delivering cryptographic hardware for the payments industry. He also worked as an IT consultant for Abbey National.
Harris recently gained Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification through the fast-track programme.
