BNP Paribas Asset Management has introduced a global customer relationship management and sales information system using technology from PeopleSoft.
Known as Hermes, the new system provides the company with a single source customer reference base designed to give the sales force a full view of client needs and provide management with a system to track and monitor sales performance. The Web-based system is currently being used by 250 staff across 20 international locations.
A customised version of the software, featuring French language screens and purpose-built functionality, has since been extended to staff at BNP Paribas Epargne Entreprise. This dedicated version operates in parallel with the BNP PAM system, sharing the same client reference base.
