SunGard subsidiary Front Capital Systems has appointed Farid Tamaddon as senior vice president of professional services and Bhaskar Dasgupta as director of business solution management.
In his new role, Tamaddon will be responsible for overseeing the service and delivery functions of the vendor's products, including the merging of Front's existing product lines into one baseline for implementation and support.
Tamaddon previously held senior roles within both vendor and client side organisations and has over 20 years' experience with specialist knowledge in derivatives, foreign exchange, fixed income and risk management.
Dasgupta has over 14 years of industry experience, including five years with SunGard. He also has extensive experience across equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, credit and derivatives.
