Oberthur Card Systems is to bundle Bell ID's smart card management software, Andis, with its card personalisation and production technology.
The package will enable Oberthur's card issuer clients to centrally manage the production of single and multi-application smart cards. Firms will also be able to modify and register content after cards have been issued.

Barberis says Bell ID's Andis will help clients manage the complex relationship between themselves, their cardholders and their value-added partners.
