Man Financial is rolling out Patsystems' Web-based derivatives trading system, J-Trader, to clients in both Australia and New Zealand.
Man Financial Australia went live with the Patsystems' installation in Sydney at the beginning of October. J-Trader is being used to provide clients with access to international exchanges, including the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE).
The firm connects to the SFE through its trading hub in Sydney and is using Patsystems' X-Link software to connect to Liffe, Eurex, CME and CBOT via Man Financial's Chicago office.
Commenting on the deal, Tony Fay, CEO of Man Financial Australia, says: "By offering J-Trader for domestic and international markets we are providing institutions and individuals with greater choice and a higher level of service."
