Whenever a company is going through mergers, there are a lot of apprehensions about the future. People are anxious about what's going to happen to them, the company and their colleague. In good old days, water cooler conversations helped a great deal in
creating infromal communication channels. This water cooler conversation worked as as a great stress busters and regulated well, it helped organizations create a positive vibe.
