New payment institutions in Bulgaria

A quick focus on Bulgaria to say that two companies have recently won their licenses as Payment institutions:

Easypay (www.easypay.bg/en/) and Intercard Finance AD (www.icard.bg)

The BNB (Bulgarian National Bank) has already issued 10 (or so) PI licenses

As a reminder there are countries (France for example) where no license has been issued and UK is still on the top of the list.
