I spotted the headline “Royal Bank of Scotland Launches New Mobile Banking Service in North Wales” on PR Newswire and thought that it sounded right up Finextra’s street.
However, I was shocked to discover that far from being some technical innovation the mobile bank is actually a service that physically moves around the valleys of Wales to provide banking for rural communities.
It’s good to know that technology hasn’t taken over completely and you can still do things the old fashioned way.
