I lead the Insights team at the LSB, the primary self regulatory body for the financial services, whose mission is to drive fair outcomes for both personal and business customers. The Standards of Lending Practice set the benchmark for good lending practice in the UK. My role is to provide insights through thought leadership for financial service providers in how to deliver the right outcomes for customers across all engagement channels including channel neutral and digital only strategies. Our registered firms are a mix of fintechs, high street banks and challenger banks.
