As the sales and commercial director, Nick is focused on bringing innovative products, technology and thinking to customers across the retail, convenience, forecourt and hospitality sectors - helping them to reduce instances of fraud and bolster payment data security. Nick's role also includes ensuring sales excellence and a high rate of customer retention, and building the Suresite sales team. Working closely alongside customers to understand their challenges as a consultative partner and advisor, Nick is keen to support businesses of all sizes to innovate in their own marketplace and put themselves ahead of the competition.
Career History
Nick is an expert in e-commerce retailing and payments, PCI DSS compliance, fraud and security - with more than 15 years' experience working to support merchants and businesses with their payment solutions. During his time with Elavon Financial Services, Barclaycard and First Data, Nick worked with leading corporate companies within the hospitality, leisure and hotel industries, helping them to grow using creative card payment acceptance facilities.
Nick joined Suresite in November 2020, and has led on the recent launch of an integrated PCI P2PE terminal solution with leading fuel and retail service provider, TSG UK. Suresite provides specialist business and retail products to independent, SMEs and global customers, including payment and card services.
