Bear, Stearns & Co partners Investment Scorecard for custodial performance reporting

Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. today announced it has entered into a strategic alliance with Investment Scorecard Inc. to provide an investment performance measurement and reporting system to investment advisor clients of Bear Stearns Global Clearing Services.

Investment advisors will now have access to a comprehensive performance reporting solution integrated into the custodial infrastructure of a major brokerage firm.

Bear Stearns Investment Advisor Services group will offer Investment Scorecard's highly sophisticated, proprietary technology to deliver performance and management reporting as well as analytical tools through Bear Stearns' advisor workstation.

Commenting on the venture, John Tyers, Managing Director and manager of Investment Advisor Services Sales for Bear Stearns Global Clearing Services, said, "High and ultra-high-net worth advisors are looking to us for ways to reduce costs, yet raise their game to remain competitive with well funded, premier wealth management providers. Scorecard's extensive client and management reporting does just that."
