SAND Technology, Inc. (OTC BB:SNDTF.OB), an international provider of intelligent enterprise information management solutions, and KXEN, a leader in descriptive and predictive analytics, announced today that they have signed a partnering agreement to jointly promote each other's products for advanced analytical applications.

The two firms have already combined to deliver powerful analytical CRM solutions to a number of large customers.

"We are excited to announce this agreement with a company whose philosophy and capabilities mesh so well with our own," said Jerry Shattner, Executive Vice President, SAND Technology. "The SAND/DNA Analytics product is an important component of our SAND/DNA suite, and KXEN's sophisticated data mining engine allows customers to exploit its full potential for delivering incredibly rapid response to complex analytic requirements," added Shattner.

"KXEN's partnership with SAND provides a natural avenue for the accelerated growth of both companies in areas such as analytic CRM and regulatory compliance," added Roger Haddad, CEO of KXEN.

Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will engage in customer referrals and joint marketing activities.
