Revolut, the global financial super app with more than 27 million customers worldwide, and more than 6 million in the UK, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Comic Relief, to provide a simple and easy way for its customers to make donations this Red Nose Day and throughout the year.
This partnership will enable Revolut customers to contribute to Comic Relief's critical work in helping people living with the effects of poverty in the UK and around the world. As Red Nose Day returns on Friday 17 March, it’s never been more important to remember how even the smallest of acts can make a huge difference.
Comic Relief has supported life changing work in the UK and across the world for 38 years, and its fundraising campaigns, such as Red Nose Day, have raised more than £1.5 billion since it was founded. Money raised this Red Nose Day will support people struggling with the cost-of-living crisis and tackle issues such as homelessness, mental health problems and food poverty. Through the partnership with Revolut, the charity hopes to make it even easier for people to donate and support its vital work.
Revolut is committed to making a positive impact on society, and this partnership with Comic Relief is another step towards achieving that goal. By using the Revolut app, customers can donate to the charity quickly, securely and conveniently, allowing them to give back to the community in a simple and effective way.
To donate, Revolut users should head to the ‘Hub’ section of their app, then click on the ‘Donations’ icon (white heart in a yellow square) and select Comic Relief. They can then select a one-off donation or establish a periodic donation if they wish to make regular contributions. This special donations campaign is now available for all users in the United Kingdom.
