Mountain America Credit Union signs with Akuvo

Akuvo, a technology organization specializing in credit risk and delinquency management, announced today that Mountain America Credit Union has signed on to AKUVO Aperture to provide its members with personalized solutions to aid in overcoming delinquency.

Aperture harnesses data to help collection staff offer behavior-based, personalized delinquency solutions. The cloud-based platform will allow Mountain America to gain efficiencies and increase recoveries while also improving the member experience. Mountain America selected Aperture to heighten its commitment to guiding members as they work to achieve their financial dreams, including times when unexpected life events result in delinquency.
