Linedata Services Group today announced that it has signed a draft agreement with the South African group Altech for the sale of the non‑strategic assets MobiMaster, a leader in management and invoicing software solutions for mobile operators.
These assets were integrated into Linedata Services when it acquired ESDS at the end of 2003.
This activity generates sales of less than EUR 2 million.
This cash sale will enhance the Group’s cash position.
Linedata Services is due to publish its Q1 2006revenue on May 10 after the close of the markets.
