eSignal, a division of Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC) and a leading provider of streaming, real-time financial market data, news, analytics and decision support tools to professional and individual traders, has entered into an agreement to be the exclusive provider of NASDAQ LiveQuotes, a subscription-based, streaming real-time market data tool for users of the popular NASDAQ.com Web site.
Under the marketing agreement, eSignal will offer NASDAQ LiveQuotes, a streaming real-time stocks, options and futures product available in a web browser over any Internet connection. LiveQuotes includes NASDAQ's TotalView Data Products, such as NASDAQ Level I and II quotes plus NASDAQ's premier market depth service, TotalView. TotalView augments the power of Level II by providing a display combining the aggregate size - by price level; NASDAQ market participants' attributed and un-attributed quotes/orders are in the top five price levels. In addition, TotalView provides the aggregate size of all un-attributed quotes/orders at each of the top five price levels.
