Hubuc adds card issuing capability with TPL

HUBUC empowers forward-looking Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) brands to make their offering more versatile by plugging into the right infrastructure to embed financial services, such as improved reconciliation, expense and supply chain management, and wage advancement.
