Vantage Point Americas, Inc. will meet existing client demand in the region and will strengthen their position as a leading early careers global financial services consultancy firm.

James Peterson joins from Northern Trust as President of the Americas and will spearhead the expansion and establish Vantage Point in the United States. James has extensive experience in the financial services industry and, for the past 15 years, was a Managing Director of Northern Trust Company’s largest subsidiary, The Northern Trust International Banking Corporation, having headed the Global Sales and Relationship Management team since 1991. He has a proven track record for global business development and managing relationships with international banks, investment managers, fund administrators and other institutional clients. James also served on the Board of Directors of The Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT), the international banking affiliate of The American Bankers Association, in Washington, D.C. from 2003 until 2020.
