BuySide Realty pays 75 percent of its buyer's agent commission to buyers who find their own home and use BuySide to complete the transaction.

As the exclusive mortgage provider on the BuySide Mortgage Center, Chase will provide BuySide customers with extended service hours and pre-approvals with no upfront cost.

"As BuySide Realty expands nationally, we believe they will capture a sizable portion of the online buyer's agent market," said Thomas Wind, Chief Executive Officer of Chase's mortgage business. "We share BuySide's commitment to providing both exceptional service and value to customers every day. We look forward to working with BuySide Realty to help consumers achieve their dream of home ownership."

"Partnering with Chase was an easy decision," said Joseph J. Fox, CEO of BuySide, Inc. "We wanted our customers to have access to a wide variety of loan choices from one of the best known names in the industry, as well as experienced mortgage experts. Chase provides both."
