InnoCells, Banco Sabadell’s digital business hub, has created an entry channel for companies that want to collaborate with the Bank in the development of new digital financial solutions.
The Partnerships Portal allows access to Banco Sabadell’s open APIs to learn about the Bank’s areas of interest and capabilities.
Open banking is one of the Bank’s main commitments, opening up data and services to external entrepreneurs for use in the development of digital features and applications. The APIs available initially fall within the framework of the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), but the Institution will analyse the launch of new APIs based on demand from developers and companies.
Pol Navarro, InnoCells’ CEO, highlights: “The Partnerships Portal seeks to boost innovation at Banco Sabadell through collaboration with third parties. Our focus is to streamline operations through digital channels and develop online experiences that make interactions with our customers more agile and natural.”
