Manning & Napier Advisors renews Bisys outsourcing agreement
BISYS, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, will continue to support Rochester, New York-based Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc. BISYS provides Manning & Napier Advisors' mutual funds; Exeter Fund, Inc.; and the Exeter Trust Company Collective Investment Funds with technology-driven outsourcing services.

BISYS will continue to support these funds, which collectively represent approximately $1.44 billion in assets and more than 25,000 investor accounts, with fund accounting and transfer agency services. Through its Financial Research Corporation (FRC) subsidiary, BISYS also will continue to provide market analytics, advanced research, and customized consulting services that assist in the development and distribution of financial products and services.
