Exweb Broker delivers a comprehensive portal service available to brokers and intermediaries selling mortgages, protection and general insurance products, operating under the FSA’s light regulatory status.

Following the decision by Lifelink to close their network and concentrate on mortgage packaging (Niche Mortgage Solutions) and support for directly authorised intermediaries (Lifelink Direct), Lifelink undertook a review of the technology used to support intermediaries operating via their life insurance provider panels.

Steve Field, Lifelink group sales director, comments:

"We chose Exweb Broker over our previous portal supplier primarily due to the fact that this system not only provides quick and simple life assurance quotations but additionally gives the option for our advisers to provide a more detailed client-tailored quotation. The solution is easy to use and perfectly fits our business model which is focused on giving maximum client service whilst ensuring we benefit from all the efficiencies good technology can provide."

David Child, managing director of The Exchange, comments: "Exweb Broker continues to make impressive progress with many of the leading "ICOB regulated" adviser organisations having committed to it. We are delighted that Lifelink have chosen our service on its merits and are confident that it will provide an invaluable and popular resource for its staff and advisers."
