SoftCo, the leading global software provider, today launched their newest accounts payable automation solution, SoftCo ExpressAP, which delivers 100% non-touch invoice processing, supports remote working and reduces operational costs by 80%.

Uniquely, SoftCo ExpressAP is installed in a matter of hours, with no upfront costs and an unlimited number of users. It is charged on a monthly basis and for a limited time, includes a 60-day free trial. The solution automates vendor invoice processes including capture, registration, coding, approval, query, vendor management, reporting and export to the customers’ ERP system.

SoftCo ExpressAP is built on the same powerful infrastructure as SoftCo’s Enterprise solutions which are trusted by 1.5 million users globally in leading organisations such as the Finnish Government, Primark, SunnyD and Alexander Wang. Being part of the SoftCo ecosystem of smart automation solutions means there is a seamless upgrade path as organisations grow or need to add functionality.

Businesses are currently facing tough challenges and smart, cost-effective cloud-based automation is essential to reduce costs and support remote working with dispersed staff. SoftCo ExpressAP automates manual AP processes, eliminates costs, provides full visibility and control, meets compliance obligations and helps organisations to improve their cashflow.

“SoftCo ExpressAP makes life a whole lot easier for Finance teams. With remote working the norm, they now have complete control and visibility over their AP function on a proven cloud-based solution, live in hours with a just simple monthly fee. SoftCo ExpressAP removes costly manual invoice processes, enforces cost control and supports a safe remote working environment. ”

Ronan will be working closely with the sales and marketing team at SoftCo to develop the international partner channel and customer base.

“I have worked with SoftCo as Brand Ambassador for the past 3 years and have really enjoyed it. The solutions the team build are truly innovative and the current break in the rugby season gives me the opportunity to work a lot closer with the team and help develop the market for SoftCo ExpressAP. It’s a really exciting challenge. ”
