Revolut Business, the innovative global business account built for growth, speed, ease and security, has today announced a new integration with Clear Books, the easy-to-use cloud-based accounting software for small businesses.
The new integration with Clear Books makes matching Revolut Business transactions with invoices or bills easy, and joins a host of other helpful product integrations in the Revolut Business Connect ecosystem, such as Xero, Slack, FreeAgent and Zapier.
Clear Books provides online accounting software for small businesses, contractors, freelancers and sole traders. With Clear Books, Revolut Business customers in the UK can view transaction records, track whether invoices are paid or outstanding, quickly record bills and expenses, and automatically create great financial reports.
Clear Books’ secure bank feeds integrate with Revolut Business to update up to 4 times daily with the most recent transactions. These can be easily matched to sales and purchases in order for accountants to have a complete picture of a business’ finances.
With Clear Books, Revolut Business customers in the UK can also set up smart rules for automatic allocation, allowing them to match repeating transactions in just one click.
Revolut Business customers can ensure that their business and tax reporting is accurate by setting up a bank feed between their UK Revolut Business accounts and Clear Books, allowing them to view business-critical information such as outstanding bills and overdue invoices.
For more in-depth information, all financial data is automatically compiled into reports including a P&L, Balance Sheet, Aged Debtors and Creditors, as well as HMRC recognised MTD VAT returns.
Revolut Business has signed up over 400,000 business customers worldwide since it was launched in July 2017. Companies can sign up for multi-currency accounts in minutes, transfer money cheaply and easily, and issue employees with corporate cards for global fee-free spending.
