Through new features and functionalities, including expanded payment options and global support, it is now easier than ever for customers to utilize OCP to achieve ongoing compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard.

OCP is the solution of choice for acquiring banks, merchants and payment service providers (PSPs) looking to monitor compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard. By partnering with Cybertrust, acquiring banks have expanded and easily customizable options to achieve greater visibility over their merchants' compliance status as required by PCI, while merchants and PSPs have access to certified solutions and useful tools to determine their compliance status and necessary remediation activities.

OCP enhancements provide customers with global 24x7x365 phone and email support, including toll free country-specific phone numbers. The expanded support provides OCP customers with access to trained advisors who can assist them with questions about their PCI scan results, as well as the PCI self-assessment questionnaire. In addition, OCP customers are notified for renewal at multiple points leading up to the subscription expiration, providing the opportunity to plan accordingly on how to continue to demonstrate ongoing compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard.

Further updates to OCP allow banks, merchants and PSPs in need of a compliance solution to enroll in OCP directly from the Cybertrust Store. The purchase of OCP subscriptions, individual or packaged scans and online renewals are available using multiple payment options including credit card, invoice and purchase order, bank transfer and check or money order.

"Working to achieve and demonstrate compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard can be intimidating to organizations, as many are not familiar with requirements such as vulnerability scanning and assessment," said Kerry Bailey, Cybertrust senior vice president of global services. "What makes Cybertrust unique is that in addition to the flexibility of our OCP offering, our customers are provided with much more than a technology service solution. The knowledge and experience of Cybertrust compliance analysts and advisors is unmatched, and delivers an additional level of assurance to customers as they work towards PCI compliance."
