PyraMax signs for Metavante banking and payments technology services

Metavante Corporation, the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI), today announced that PyraMax Bank has converted to Metavante's Integrated Banking Solution for fully outsourced banking technology services.

"In order to grow our bank, we have extended beyond our traditional thrift foundation into a full-service bank, with a complement of small business and commercial offerings," said Richard Hurd, chief operating officer, PyraMax Bank. And, throughout the conversion process, we've been able to review business processes and workflows in order to better serve our existing clients."

Metavante provides PyraMax Bank with a comprehensive suite of banking and payment technology services through a long-term outsourcing agreement, including core account processing, integrated delivery channel support, such as branch, teller, VRU, and electronic banking, marketing and business analytics, and electronic funds transfer and card services.
