P1FCU, a recent conversion to the Episys® core banking solution, first discovered FIVE through Symitar’s partnership with BIG. Now with the credit union’s conversion complete, implementation of the FIVE solution, which is already integrated with their new core, can begin.

The process involves creating a voice application that is customized for the credit union based on FIVE’s proven voice framework. Currently, there are 12 live credit unions on the platform and more than a dozen already in progress. BIG’s Product Director, Elizabeth Robins, emphasizes that “BIG understands the importance of branding in the credit union space and we want to enhance the individual member’s relationship that P1FCU has worked hard to cultivate. Everything that the members encounter in their experience with the voice applications will reinforce the personal interactions that members expect from their CU.”

“As voice moves into its next phase it's important that the credit union industry embraces its superpower - collaboration” shares BIG co-founder and CEO, John Best. “The FIVE platform was designed from the ground up to be a collaborative platform that will enable P1FCU and other credit unions to translate their already great service to a state-of-the-art voice experience. We're pleased to welcome P1FCU to the FIVE family and look forward to working with them in 2020 and beyond.”

P1FCU, with $1.3 billion in assets, serves over 92,000 members across 15 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon, and the entire state of Washington.
