European merchant acquirer, Clearhaus announces that it has integrated with the award-winning payment gateway, Newgen Payments.
This integration provides a modern, future-proof white-label payment solution that’s market-ready for ISOs and PSPs to sell under their own brands.
In a short time span of just five years since going live, Clearhaus has on-boarded over 10,000 e-Commerce merchants across 33 European countries. Clearhaus CEO, Claus Methmann Christensen, attributes much of this success to innovation. “Since day one, we have focussed on staying at the forefront of paytech. For instance, we were one of the first acquirers in the Nordics to introduce Apple Pay and Google Pay to merchants. Soon, we will once again be among the first-movers to introduce instant push-payments to merchants and PSPs,” he says.
“Another key driver in our success story has been the forging of strategic partnerships and integrations.” He adds, “integrations drive the payments industry forward and bring better technologies to the market. Over 30 payment service providers across Europe have chosen to partner with us to serve merchants in their local markets. The latest addition of Newgen Payments to our list of integrated partners couldn’t be more perfect, as both companies have a similar technology-first mindset” adds Mr. Christensen.
Newgen Payments is a cloud-based, modular platform that provides smart features such as transaction routing, customizable checkout, risk management, selling on social media, one-click payment, automated reconciliation, split payments, and real-time in-depth reporting.
“Together with Clearhaus, we will be able to offer a complete payment solution for ambitious ISOs and PSPs that want to differentiate themselves by offering quick on-boarding and best-in-class payment technologies to their merchants. In Clearhaus, we have found a trusted partner who cares about innovation just as much as we do,” says Newgen Payments CEO, Sunil Jhamb.
The white-label solution, powered by Newgen Payments and Clearhaus, will allow new and established players to quickly set up a full-fledged payment solution that has all of the latest features, payment methods, and fraud-mitigation systems. They will have a fully customizable technology stack that can be localized for any European market and easily branded. “We are more than happy staying behind the scenes, doing what we do best - developing payment technologies - while our partner ISOs and PSPs focus on engaging with merchants,” concludes Mr. Jhamb.
