From now on, businesses can interact with the bank and get advice on products and services via the messaging app WhatsApp, which is fast and easy.

Taking out a corporate loan, opening an account, and choosing a bundle of settlement and cash services are the most popular inquiry topics as of now.

Since the channel launch, the number of inquiries grew to 200 a day and keeps climbing, which proves businessmen and business owners are interested in using WhatsApp to get in touch with the bank. You can do that by tapping the icon on the mobile website or by messaging directly to +7 495 665 5777 via WhatsApp. Consultations are available 24/7.

Sergey Lekhanov, Director of Centre for Corporate Solutions, Sberbank,

“Sberbank is striving to use the most convenient and available client interaction channels. For us, it’s crucial that our clients get all the necessary information and proper answers to their questions fast. With the new channel such as the popular messaging app WhatsApp, our customer interaction is even more efficient.”
