In addition to the Raiffeisen Banking Group, Contovista now also supports the VKB-Bank in preparing all transaction data, paving the way for the introduction of a new e-banking system with significantly enhanced functions: VKB CONNECT.

This gives the regional bank’s customers the opportunity to, among other things, analyse all expenditure, draw up budgets and set savings targets. In addition to an enhanced digital banking experience, this gives users a better understanding of their own finances and enables VKB-Bank to support its customers in digital channels with personalised offers and recommendations.

Martin Ibinger, who is responsible for the implementation of VKB CONNECT at VKB-Bank, says: «With the integration of Contovista’s solution into our e-banking portal VKB CONNECT we are offering our customers personal financial management. In addition to displaying all accounts and cards, we provide customers with a clear breakdown of their income and expenses by categories, and display this information graphically in the e-banking portal.»

Gerrit Sindermann, Head of Development at Contovista, adds: «We are very pleased to support VKB Bank, the third Austrian bank to enhance the digital banking experience for its customers. The cooperation also clearly follows the current trend in the banking industry, as customers increasingly expect to be in digital contact with their bank and receive the same competent advice there as they receive offline.»
