The SaaS application offers prospective tenants access to a special app, which enables them to electronically submit large amounts of required information in a safe, swift and simple way. Wooncontractgemak then combines this data with other information to create a report, speeding up and simplifying the proper allocation of social or private housing. Furthermore, the initiative's application reduces fraud and the burden of administrative tasks and enables prospective tenants to identify themselves with ease during contact moments.

Wooncontractgemak uses technology created by the Dutch fintech Ockto to shorten and simplify the process of collecting data and documents concerning social benefits, pension, income, address history, household composition and more.
