Technology company Iress today announced wealth management firm, Rowan Dartington, has selected its order management system to support operational and dealing management, manage market data and streamline connectivity to UK and international trading communities for equities, funds and fixed income securities.

Iress’ Order System combines order and trade management along with sophisticated market analysis tools with full pre-trade risk, order routing rules and audit controls. It also enables trade across global markets through connectivity via FIX, direct access and Iress networks.

The software supports Rowan Dartington’s multi-proposition, multi-asset, central dealing team, providing close integration with the in-house portfolio management system as well as the London dealing desk, Bristol head office and branches across the UK.

John Betteridge, Chief Investment Officer at Rowan Dartington, said: “We have enjoyed a period of rapid expansion and have ambitious plans to continue to grow our business. We chose Iress’ robust solution as it offers the broad functionality and deep integration capabilities to help us continue to meet our business needs across our multiple offices and the scalability to support us with our expansion strategy.”

Eugene O’Herlihy, Head of Trading Business UK at Iress, said: “Our order management system supports Rowan Dartington’s multi-proposition and global multi-asset approach, while helping to connect operations across its UK offices and international client base.
