AIB signs three-year deal with personalisation platform Boxever

Boxever​, the personalisation platform, announces its partnership with Allied Irish Banks (AIB).

Boxever will work with AIB on a three year  contract to help drive enhanced personalised experiences for its customers.   

The partnership marks another important step in AIB’s significant digital  transformation project. Boxever’s market-leading technology will help AIB to  continue to prioritise the customer at the heart of its business, delivering true  one-to-one personalisation. Having already significantly increased investment in IT  over the last three years, this announcement reflects the bank’s continued  commitment to digital excellence and the customer experience.   

The partnership also reflects Boxever’s continued growth in the financial services  sector, helping some of the world’s biggest organisations enhance their customer  experience. Focusing on industries with complex and rapidly evolving customer  engagement challenges, financial services will remain a key priority for the business  throughout 2019 and beyond.
