As an initial step, Software AG will globally resell ILOG's JRules, a key offering in ILOG's BRMS product line. Software AG will include ILOG JRules in its portfolio of business process management (BPM) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions. The companies will also collaborate on joint marketing activities.
